After leaving corporate America to pursue a career in business, Mr. Pell entered the convenience store industry in 2009. As owner and operator of Exxon 674 in St. Petersburg, FL he excelled in operations, increasing sales by 37% in the first year. During this time he began to network directly with large oil company executives in all marketing aspects of the convenience store and fuel industry in Tampa Bay, learning the business of convenience stores and developing a successful consulting firm, GSM. Today, GSM is used by some of the largest convenience store operators in the U.S.; Circle K, Automated Petroleum and many others. Along with operating GSM, Mr. Pell also owns and operates a portfolio of 10 restaurants in the QSR space and has recently become a Checkers Franchisee. Mr. Pell attended the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and is an avid Gators fan.
